The foundation of my work

I’ve collaborated with teams ranging from small groups to large, multi‑layered organizations to deliver finished products. By listening first, I’m able to draw out the best in those around me and extend my impact beyond technical skill. I find this approach deeply satisfying, as it continually teaches me more about both the team and myself.
